“The best of Japan”
This little gem of a restaurant is to be found in the backwaters of Tonami in Toyoma prefecture. We come to this restaurant every visit we have to Japan. The Chef is truly amazing and would easily out cook anyone back in Australia . We normally have a degustation style menu which will only costs a...round $50 Australian and will leave you wanting to eat here every night! The Ingredients are local and this truly remarkable Chef continually changes his menu and strives for perfection. One of the best dining experiences you will ever have!
