“Italian restaurant succeeds wonderfully in Japanese locale”
It might seem a bit ‘western’ to choose an Italian restaurant when in Japan - but this wonderful establishment was packed with locals, because they’ve got it right. Excellent food, great service and sensible prices.

“Tastes like home”
Great meal for the homesick. Love Japaneses food and culture but sometime you need a nice plate of pasta and a good salad. This place has both.

“Good Italien restaurant with Japanese touch!”
Very nice place in the center of Kanazawa with good atmosphere, food was very good and the service perfect. So overall it is worth the visit and highly recommended 👌

“Great Italian in Kanazawa”
Excellent meal at Allegro! Beautiful food, house made focaccia, caprese salad and a very generous crab salad for starters, followed by a delicious tagliatelle carbonara. We enjoyed a bottle of Edda Chardonnay from Puglia, which was a del Cupid blend unlike either French or Australian Chardonnay, l...ovely floral overtones . The service was great, friendly and attentive but never intrusive. Highly recommended.

“Nice evening out”
Nice relaxed atmosphere. Friendly and attentive staff. Tasteful Western cuisine. A good alternative to the Japanese cuisine.
