“Best dinner in Japan.”
We were so lucky to get a reservation @ this restaurant! We were traveling in Japan as a group of 8 friends for 2,5 weeks and it was our last evening in Kanazawa. We wanted our last dinner to be memorable. And Chef Daisuke made it: it was our best dinner in Japan! The experience started with the c...hef greeted us and he introduced his wonderful team who were very hospitable. It's a group of young devoted to their profession people who made us very comfortable and they, together with the chef, put the efforts to create the welcoming atmosphere. Our group ordered the full courses and the magic started! They introduced one dish after another and explained all of them. The food was excellent, setting was very nice and comforting and the serving dishware was so aesthetic. They had wonderful selection of wines, sakes, etc. The highlight of the experience was the Wagyu beef which was simply outstanding and truly exceptional. This restaurant is a little gem! We wish Chef Daisuke all the best and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Kanazawa.

“Best Beef in Kanazawa.”
Best Beef in Kanazawa. The attention to detail is phenomenal. Precision cooking over bincho. The steaks were a mastery in the craft of not only cooking but barbecuing. To get the timing so that the meat is cooked outside without charring or burning and the inside to its finest rarity thereby doing j...ustice to the beef is a master craft. This can’t happen unless each piece was sliced to perfection. This restaurant is the quintessential home of beef serving Shizuoka beef one of the rarest from the foothills of Mount Fuji. No gimmicky marketing or some drivel as to which person are it. But a testament to rearing the best quality beef with the utmost marbling. Beef reared by pristine waters that are fed from Mt. Fuji and Fred that’s so natural and organic a person can eat it. They have given the perfect beef a perfect send off. Doing it justice.
