Perfect location for lunch - service excellent, food delish Italian style, and very little waiting. Had the lunch menu which is value for money - salad, 10 inch pizza,dessert and drink! Wowzie! Less than £10 per person! Amazing place worth a visit

Nice view from the window. Pizza was nice, and carbonara was lovely. We ordered another! A nice yummy chilled dinner. Service was excellent too!

After a long day of walking, we stumbled upon Carlo Centra Italian restaurant on the second floor near H&M in Kanazawa. The serene atmosphere, with its soft background music was wonderful. All of the employees were all very helpful. Our host “Watauri” greeted us warmly and promptly took our order,... answering all our questions with ease. We indulged in two delightful hot appetizers: truffle-scented french fries and snow crab cream croquette with a delectable crab miso sauce. Our pizza selection was equally impressive. We savored a local Kanazawa pizza topped with noto oysters, curly spinach, and a medley of flavors. The Margherita and prosciutto e rucola pizzas were equally satisfying. To conclude our culinary journey, we indulged in a decadent cassata, a true testament to the restaurant’s culinary prowess. “Watauri” patiently explained many different kinds of Sake. Our favorite was a local Sake, I believe it was, “Tedorigawa”.

Amazing service from the moment we walked in. The view from the second story over looks the street night life. The manager Waturai was so kind and generous. The food was amazing. The pizza was fresh and hot. The ingredients were fresh and had amazing flavor. The salads were crisp and fresh. They hav...e a live band in the evenings.
