Staff is really friendly and speak english. Pizzas were tasty and portions generous, crust, i was not hungry so much but ended up eating the whole thing. Tip: the garlic bread 🤌

“Review Carlo Centro”
I recently visited Pizzeria "Carlo Centro" in Kanazawa, and it was an amazing experience! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the atmosphere so enjoyable. The pizza was great, with the combination of local ingredients like sweet corn and Noto sausage being a perfect match. The... thin, crispy crust added the finishing touch. The drinks selection was also nice and paired well with the meal (especially the refreshing „Plum Wine and Soda-Combination). I highly recommend "Carlo Centro" to anyone looking for a delicious and unique pizza experience in Kanazawa. A true gem!

“Delicious Pizza and Warm Hospitality”
I had a delicious half and half pizza made with fresh local ingredients, baked to perfection in a proper oven. The hosts were genuinely friendly and attentive, and I felt very welcome from the moment I arrived. The restaurant is beautiful and offers a lovely view, which really added to the experienc...e. I especially liked that I could see into the kitchen from outside, which gave me a sense of transparency and care in the cooking. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxed, just perfect for winding down after a long day in Kanazawa. I highly recommend this place!
