●If only reserving seats The following rules will be applied in the case of canceling/changing reservation (including decreasing the number of people/cancelling the pre-ordered course). 【キャンセル規定】 ■当日の人数変更・キャンセル料金は全額お客様のご負担とさせて頂きます。 ■全キャンセルの場合：3日前まで受付ます。以降はコース料金の50%。席のみ予約は一人頭1,000円のキャンセル料金を頂戴します。 ■人数変更の場合(コース時)：5名様以上の変更がある場合は3日前まで。4名様以下の人数変更がある場合、前日の21時まで。上記規定を超えての人数変更に関しましては確保したお席分の料金を頂く場合がございます。また、コースご予約時、来店前日21時を過ぎて人数が減る場合、全額キャンセル料を頂きます。 【繁忙日のご利用について】 金土祝前日など繁忙日はご予約頂いたお時間から2時間制となります。また、12月中や1月初旬は繁忙日となります。繁忙日はお受けできないコースクーポンがございますのでご承知下さい。 |
