Restaurant Fuiore

We found this restaurant by searching for the best Italian food in the area, and eagerly followed the advice we found on Trip Advisor, especially because the restaurant was right in our hotel. Although the food was tasty, it was totally a french menu: the dishes are even described in French. The por...tions are small and tasty. When we had finished our 5 course meal we fantasized about going out for a proper, hearty meal.

We had basic lunch menu in which main dish is changing weekly. They first served cold appetizer; a fish with cold potato cream. Then we had cold potato cream soup. The main dish was chicken with red vinegar sauce and vegetables. Bread was delicious; it is from JR Clement’s bakery which I generally ...buy bread for breakfast. Finally they served desert (puding, peach sorbet and matcha cake) with coffee. They were all very delicious and service was good. The waitress could speak English very well! Happy to decide to have lunch there!

I came there with my family for dinner. The view was great and the staffs there were very attentive. We had tasty sea bass and steak as main dishes and enjoyed fine Italian wine at a very good price. This is the best dining spot for couples.

This restaurant is well positioned to deliver an excellent view of the Inland Sea with your meal. However, due to an ill-conceived layout, relatively few seated guests actually are provided with a view that makes the most of the elevation. The service is reasonable and the food is ok, but this is fa...r more by the numbers rather than delivered with passion. A place that ticks boxes on the surface but fails to live up to the potential afforded by the location.
