AMON's thoughts
As our restaurant operates in Miyagi, the treasure house of ingredients, we pursue “fresh”, “boiled”, “grilled”, and “fried” dishes with all our might.
We hope to enjoy a slight sense of security and satisfaction – learned in our native area, with plenty of the food culture of Miyagi, Tohoku – with our customers.
We prepare our dishes with such thoughts in our mind.
We prefer local ingredients as much as possible, and we give great importance to miso and soy sauces which cultivate history and tradition.
