“A hidden pearl in Akita station”
This restaurant I found out nearby Wada station in Akita and has a mid rating of 3.2, but we visited twice during our 2 nights stay in Akita and very impressed about their creativity to prepare the food like the risotto for example in a very hot stone bowl and after a few minutes you scrap the risot...to together with the kruste which is very crispy and it tastes extra ordinary different than the normal risotto. The Caesar salad and the vegetable with sashimi also are very delicious . We tried also the carbonara also so creamy but not fatty ,also the healthy salmon sashimi is so fresh , last. It not least the Kirin draft is wonderful and last but not least the vanilla Hokkaido ice cream is very yummy . Excellent service, good price . Negative point is they don‘t have non smoking section. But still I rated the 4 stars for this resto.
