“Eel!”
I've always enjoyed eel but I've never before seen such a variety of ways it can be cooked. The 7500-yen dinner course includes everything from bone crackers to some very creative appetizers to yanagawa nabe to the classical unaju, among other things - you certainly won't leave hungry. The staff spo...ke limited English but were very welcoming and had a lot of patience with us. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.

“Delicious eel!”
This famed restaurant is known for eel and oysters - just look for the side of the building when you come looking for it. Simple but delicious menu done well, including such delicacies as snapping turtle jelly (they use the turtle's collagen as the base for the jelly).
“Eel specialist in Hiroshima”
Had a fabulous meal in this well-known historic eel specialist restaurant in Hiroshima. Deep fried, baked, au-gratin oysters were served from Oct-Apr. Good view of river if you sit by window. Access: get off at Kanayamacho streetcar stop, it’s a short walk along the river Close on Sundays and pu...blic holiday (except July)

“Best Unagi /Eel restaurant in Hiroshima-city”
You will not find many Unagi restaurant in hiroshima-city as in Tokyo. This restaurant is always very crowded but serves good Ungai. Also famous for Suppon turtle dishes.
