“Extremely good izakaya”
Very tasty food served well by friendly staff. All can be ordered by smartphone which can then translate into English or language of your choice. It was so good I am returning to try different items on the menu!

A traditional Japanese restaurant serving wonderful small plates. There is an English menu. A must for anyone wanting a “local” experience.

“Delicious local cuisine.”
This izakaya restaurant was definitely a hit with the locals. It was lively and noisy and the food was delicious! Not filled with tourists but they did have an English menu. We had a great dinner. The restaurant features negi - Japanese green onions which we had wrapped in pork. Very tasty.

“Loved this local place”
Busy atmospheric Izakaya. We ate at the bar but there are nice booths too. Wide selection of local dishes in offer. The sashimi looked fantastic and the pork ‘omelette’ was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful and there was an English menu. Would definitely recommend.

“Fresh, unique, delicious!”
This was our favorite restaurant during our two weeks in Japan. Delicious fresh unique food - we just kept ordering more and trying additional items. We got our hotel to call and make a reservation - others were turned away right after we arrived. So yummy!
