As authentic as it can get. the fish comes from this port city. the place is off route and it is easy to get lost if you go on your own. best way is by cab. it is a house!! and the owners cook fugu as it has always been. from raw fish to sake with fish. it would also be good to have a local with you... to know what to order. forget about how much to pay as fugu is generally expensive. our hosts paid for it and they won't say how much.
