Uosen Suisan Shaminetottori

The 7 different kinds of sashimi (fresh fish) set is good and presentable. But the fish soup pot is just good for looking than taste. As the soup is cooked on table, while it boiled I want to make the fire smaller but instead I turn it off. The staff comes at once for help while I press the bell.... They are quite helpful (they give me English menu once they find I can't read the Japanese one). The restaurant is a chained one so foods are average (not bad and no surprised).
