“A Westerner's Point of View”
This restaurant has two good points. There are English translations of the menu under each item and it doesn't tolerate smoking in the restaurant. For these reasons we dined there twice during a 3-day stay. Last year we enjoyed our experience. This year it was disappointing. The service wasn't... up to par. The manager's English was poor. We had to order saki 3 times before it was delivered to the table. A spaghetti bolognese dish ordered for the second time on the second night was different to the first night. It seemed they'd just used whatever leftover meat they'd had and the taste was vastly different. My husband who has conservative taste found it inedible and filled up on bread. Sadly I wouldn't return and would suggest anyone dining there to choose the buffet and for Westerners - take your translation device.

“Fine food and service”
The service and food in this casual restaurant were excellent. I did however, find the atmosphere and style of the restaurant a bit lacking. I was comparing it with another Crowne Plaza equivalent in Hiroshima. Here, there's no focal point creating a warm atmosphere. Certainly the menu, taste an...d service were quality. Recommended.
