See below for English version. 大切な友人との半年に一度の外食の機会。 いろいろ他のお店にもいきましたが、 ここ最近、こちらのお店で落ち着いています。 今日は3800円のコースで、お魚は鮎のコンフィ、お肉は夏鹿のローストをいただきました。じっくり油で揚げたという鮎は、頭から尻尾までまるごと食べられ、まったく臭みもありませんでした。 鹿肉もくせがあるのか？と思いましたが、 脂身なくあっさりしていて、それなのに柔らかくて美味しかったです。 小さなお店なので、隣でタバコを吸う人がいたら喉をやられてつらいですが、禁煙になったというわけではないのでしょうが、今日は空気...もよかったです。 女将さんのお料理の丁寧な説明のおかげで、お料理に対する理解、興味が湧いてきます。 半年後、再訪するのを楽しみにしています。 This was the third or fourth time that we came here. My best friend and I can rarely go for dinner because of both are mothers of little children except for once a half year. So we look for our place for dinner very carefully not to ruin our chance. While we have experienced other restaurants,we settled this place at last. Today, we enjoyed seasonal dishes like Ayu fish which tastes best in Sommer and roast meat of Sommer deer. The Ayu fish fried deeply and slowly could be eaten whole of it. It had no odor but flavorful. The deer meat was lean, but soft. Its hostess gave us instruction what the dish was, so we could understand and be interested in it. Because the space was small and if somebody is smoking, it will be easily filled with smoke and I used to get sore throat. However,Luckily nobody smoked today and I really enjoyed everything. We will absolutely visit here 6 months later.
