Hiroshima has an adequate terroir for good Italian cuisine, blessed with essential ingredients for it, such as tomatoes and olive oil abundantly produced and locally made cheese. And oyster and lemon, specialties of Hiroshima are produced in Seto Inland Sea area. Hiroshima is also famous for its farmers’ products such as brand pork. In winter season you can enjoy the cuisine from locally caught wild game.
