“Never open”

Tried to eat here 3 times due to recommendation from friends. Twice it was closed. 3rd time ,although we arrived during their opening hours, we were shown a closed sign. Hope it was not because my husband was in a wheelchair and they didn't want to accommodate him at the many spare tables we saw.
