Hanabi

Hanabi is a small restaurant on the second floor - total occupancy is maybe 20. The menu is all in Japanese but even then there is always an anxious anticipation of what kind of form and function each menu item will take when it is presented to you. There is a monthly menu page of seasonal items a...nd the selection of Saijo sake and a few other non-published sakes are always a treat. You must go here if in Saijo.
