“Disappointing experience”
I ordered the Love Letter set with seafood, but I received the basic version of it. I pointed directly on the English menu with a picture and everything when I ordered, still managed to get my order wrong. The chef brought a pancake in front of me and tell me it’s mine. I don’t know what it should l...ook like so just too it and found out it’s completely different from what I had in mind. It’s already too late when I already ate half of it, wondering if the seafood was hidden somewhere. It must be a misunderstanding as they listed the basic set on my order and charged me for the cheaper set, but still very disappointing.

“Very unpleasant experience”
Despite having reminded them twice after ordering beer, they took quite a while to bring it. It was given to customers who came later first, and when it finally arrived after 15 minutes, only one out of the two ordered was brought. Half of the ordered items were also forgotten, and in the end, the b...ill was overcharged by the price of two beers! It was a very unpleasant experience!

“Great food but be prepared for a wait at the popular stalls”
On the 6th floor of the Full Focus building is about 10 Okonomiyaki “restaurants” (a U shaped teppanyaki hotplate with seats around it) which all serve roughly the same types with a little variation. Each Okonomiyaki costs between ¥750-¥1200 which was reasonable as no sides or other food was needed.... We went to a stall that had a black background and red/yellow Japanese writing which is towards the back of the floor and I would thoroughly recommend it. Be prepared for a wait and they don’t/can’t serve drinks whilst you wait.

“Great experience”
Go to the sixth floor of the Focus building opposite the station and you will find a mass of small restaurants where you can sit around a hot plate and watch them prepare your Okonomiyaki to order, with your own choice of fillings and toppings. Great fun, superb value and a delicious local specialit...y. Don't miss it.

“What a surprise”
Could not find the restaurant we were looking for on the 6th floor across from train station. Stumbled on this place and decided to eat here because it was full. Do not leave Hiroshima without eating here. Best two words when you are hungry- Delicious. Cheap. Trust me you will be glad you did!
