“Memorable Evening”
Exceptional meal prepared with care by hard working chefs who attended to every detail. We tried several different French wines by the glass and all were excellent. Hiroto is expensive , but well worth the cost.

“Under the radar great restaurant”
14 places restaurant. 2stars Michelin. Staff 3 people they manage to create a great experience. Food is amazing , dont ask for the wine they are’nt any as you upgrade the selection they will open the doors to top burgendy wines. Deserves 2* definitevely!

“Amazing dinner cooked in front of us”
5 star degustation menu prepared by Michelin Star Chef. Be sure to book to sit at the bar, to watch the meals being prepared and plated. Attention to detail, quality ingredients, simple yet complex tasting dishes, the atmosphere, and very organised cook and wait staff. We could not fault any aspect.... Thoroughly enjoyed our evening.

“Fantastic Dinner!”
What a fantastic meal! We enjoy Japanese food but after three weeks we were ready for something different (but not something we could get at home) and we were fortunate enough to find this place! We were looking for a place to accommodate gluten-free options (celiac) and they were very able and happ...y to do that! Reservations seem to be necessary as you pick the price point of your meal and then they shop for it that day (at least for the gluten-free menu that was how it worked). The per person price started at 16,000 yen but it was well worth it! And they had a nice wine selection. Definitely a place to check out for a nice twist on Japanese food (French Fusion). We will be back if we are fortunate enough to be back in Hiroshima!

“Great food/voyage of discovery - highly recommend”
Fantastic creative presentation and flavours - Chef took onboard the comments we made about likes/dislikes at point of booking. Very good pricing for the quality, as with other reviews, wine choice was limited but quality was good - limitation understandable for a small restaurant. Would highly re...commend for those looking for great food and willing to trust the chef (we had dishes we wouldn’t ordinarily order but cleared very plate, without exception).
