“Excellent food and excellent staff a happy group of friends makes”
Le Triskel, not too far away from the Hiroshima Museum of Art and the Imperial Army ruins, was visited for dinner by 3 hungry guys near the end of our 2 week stay in Japan. Like many of the high class restaurants in the area, although it describes itself as a French restaurant, it is actually a fund...amentally and brilliantly Japanese spin upon French dining. Since we were 3 hungry guys who would not be described as 'lean' or 'slender' or 'slim', we went for the 8-dish dinner option. Each dish could deserve its own paragraph, describing the flavor and thought that went into it. Our server was lovely and had excellent command of English, making it very easy for us to order sides and drinks. The drink menu, especially when it comes to Bordeaux options, is massive. If there are ones that are familiar to you, go ahead and select those. Otherwise, boldly close your eyes and let your finger land on a random pick and you probably will not be disappointed by the result. The restaurant was active, but not overloaded. Our party of 3 was probably the largest party the night we ate there - the majority were couples having very pleasant nights in each others' company. Meal pacing is excellent, service is tremendous, and overall value deserves its high ranking. A cool highlight is the wall which displays the signatures and dates of various political and restaurant parties. Highly recommended and truly deserving of its positive reviews

“Great Restaurant!”
This is great restaurant. The chef’s culinary sense really shines and beautiful, artistically designed dishes come out one after another. On top of that, it has really delicious food. It had been a while since I met one, but I finally came across a french chef who is full of originality when it com...es to cooking. If you have a chance to go to Hiroshima, I highly recommend you go to his restaurant. I personally think that this chef’s skills and culinary sense are one of the best in the world. His tomato jelly and cauliflower mousse in particular are the best. The taste of the tomatoes is unbelievable. The fish soup is also top quality! He draws out the essence of the flavor within the vegetables, meat and fish. By modifying the amount of salt, he creates exquisite yet modernly healthy dishes. After you finish eating the food, you do not feel like you have eaten anything heavy. He really creates very light dishes. The restaurant is located in rural area, so I was surprised that such a talented chef worked there. I think that going to eat at this restaurant is reason enough to go to Hiroshima.

“Le Triskel one of good French restaurant”
Located on the 2nd floor of small building atmosphere is very cozy. I have been told that chef used to be providing expensive dishes but not intrested in good service but when I visited you can choose dinner menu with in 10000YEN. Not too heavy and taste of not too modern and also too traditional.
