A 3-minute walk from the south exit of Saijo Station. Serving health-oriented cuisine such as vegetable filled meat rolls in the lovely warmth of the wooden interior design.

◆ Food ◆
Serving vegetable meat rolls consisting of Hiroshima Seto Momiji Pork, an abundance of local vegetables, and a motif of 'yakitori' (chicken skewers) passed down in Japanese cuisine since the Edo period (1603-1868). The menu also includes cuisine using sake uniquely found in the sake city of Saijo; such as the popular Bishunabe Hot Pot, grilled Bishuyaki, and deep-fried Bishuage!

Wine is also available alongside the delicious local sake. The delicious and valuable wine available is purchased directly from Mr. Numajiri; the Japanese sommelier based in Germany.
