Until now, I didn't know Gansu,Koiwashi sashimi,Tai somen noodles etc. There were so many delicious fish,dishes,local cuisine. We tried to eat up all menu, but we couldn't. You can try 3 kinds of local sake set. Staff were all kind and we could meet a chef Mr. Sakota. Though he was busy, he explai...ned the menu to us. Not expensive. Don't miss this restaurant! Highly recommended.
