Very nice Japanese barbecue with a focus on organ meat. I was looking for beef sweetbreads on my trip to Tokyo and found this small gem near my hotel. They had a variety of meats, such as liver, heart, and thymus. My wife (who tolerates me!) had some great cuts of ‘normal’ beef that she really like...d. The staff spoke limited English, but were very polite and helpful throughout the evening. This restaurant is highly recommended for anyone with similar culinary interests.
