“Interesting American-style (Western?) food since 1946”
Being from Yokohama, I had to try this unique restaurant in the NOGE district. Highly rated so it was a place I needed to go. The restaurant was packed with a 15 minute waiting line. The building was outdated but the restaurant was clean and lively. The young and old were excited to be here and they... all ate omelettes and spaghetti (Napolitan)! Ok, it is called the "Center Grill" and they claim they serve American-style but they serve spaghetti known as NAPOLITAN (which does not exist in Naples, Italy). I was definitely confused but all the Japanese love it. It was definitely NOT American or Italian or even Western but clearly a Japanese favorite. LOL
