“Expensive for the food quality”

I went on a weekday for a dinner. The place is cozy. The service was good but the food was not within the expectation. I asked for a portion of garlic mushroom and a fish paste with bread, but the portions were small, even for one person. The paella was ok, nothing exceptional however 170 yens for 2... slices of French bread is a bit expensive. Overall, the cost performance is not recommendable.
