The result is an unbelievably tender, melt-in-the-mouth texture with a perfect balance of rich umami and delicate sweetness. It was so luxurious yet comforting that I found myself wishing for more. The rest of the course showcased the same exceptional beef in various forms, from Wagyu sashimi to rare-cut yakiniku, each enhanced by simple seasoning with Himalayan rock salt plates to highlight the natural flavors. Dining in a fully private room made the experience even more intimate, perfect for a celebration. We celebrated my friend’s birthday in August, and while searching online for a special place, I came across this restaurant boasting premium Kagoshima Black Wagyu beef. It looked amazing, so we booked their anniversary course. The first appetizer—shrimp, scallop, and beef—was absolutely stunning, w...ith flavors that blew me away from the very first bite. The thick, tender, and springy beef tongue was another highlight, leaving a lasting savory aroma. Each cut of beef was melt-in-your-mouth tender, cooked to a perfect medium rare, then finished on the salt stone provided at the table—an irresistible experience! The house-made pickles paired wonderfully with the yakiniku, cutting through the richness perfectly. I’m not usually a dessert person, but the final course, cassata, was so delicious I couldn’t stop eating it—I could’ve easily had another! We left feeling completely satisfied and would definitely love to return. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing dining experience here! The wagyu quality is absolutely top-notch – beautifully marbled, buttery in texture, and simply melts in your mouth when grilled at the table. Every single dish in the set menu was memorable, but the one that surprised me most was actually the appetizer. The ...combination of beef, shrimp, scallops, and a perfectly balanced onion sauce was already fantastic, but the touch of caviar on top gave it a subtle “sea breeze” flavor that elevated it to another level. Another highlight was the raw beef sushi – so fresh, rich, and delicate. That said, I think the menu flow could be slightly improved. Ending the meal with raw beef felt a bit heavy for me; it might work better placed earlier in the course. Still, that’s just a small suggestion in an otherwise outstanding experience. Overall, an excellent place for anyone who loves premium wagyu and creative flavor combinations. Highly recommended!

I went to Gyū no Tatsujin Akihabara with friends for a small celebration and we ordered the Anniversary Course (¥10,000) plus the All You Can Drink option (¥2,000). It turned out to be one of the best yakiniku meals I have had in Tokyo. The beef was amazing, with beautiful marbling and a rich flavo...r. Grilling it right at the table made it even better. I especially liked the wagyu sushi, which was fresh and full of flavor. The dessert at the end was light and refreshing, just right after all the rich meat dishes. The drinks menu had plenty of choices and the staff were friendly and helpful. They explained the dishes and made sure we were enjoying our time. The atmosphere was relaxed but still felt special, perfect for an evening with friends.
