“The tasty Kagoshima black wagyu yakiniku restaurant in Ginza”
This ¥13,000 yakiniku course was totally worth it! The appetizers were delicate and refreshing, then the seafood and wagyu combo added a nice twist. The star was definitely the Kagoshima wagyu — beautifully marbled, super fragrant on the grill, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. They even served matsuta...ke mushroom since it’s autumn, which felt so luxurious. The meal ended with Morioka cold noodles, light and refreshing. Portions were just right, and the vibe was classy but relaxed. Perfect for a treat-yourself kind of night!

“Definitely gonna come back!”
Ideal go to place for friend and family gathering - the individual private dining area separated noises and gave privacy. I didn’t go with kids but I would next time and I also recommend for family with young kids - it’s difficult to find a place for parents to enjoy dining in restaurants. The qual...ity of the meat is spectacular. I was totally amazed from the starter all the way to the dessert. Oh and the sauces I found them super match with the meat served correspondingly - you can see how the restaurant pays attention to the detail. Drinks were also provided in variety - lots you can choose from. 認真超好吃😋 牛肉品質超好,店內環境一級棒👍 跟朋友吃肉喝酒的好地方。(而且CP值很高連同行的男生都吃很飽!)

“Beef professional dinner!”
This time in this Wagyu restaurant , I enjoy a premium set meal priced at around 13,000 yen per person. The course started with delicate appetizers, followed by a variety of wagyu beef cuts. The meat was tender, beautifully marbled, and melted instantly in the mouth—truly worth trying. In addition t...o the grilled beef, there were side dishes and a refreshing cold noodle dish at the end. The overall portion was just right, satisfying without being too heavy. For regular travelers or friends, and being able to taste different cuts of high-quality wagyu makes it a very special experience. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to savor top-grade Japanese wagyu.

“A Great Wagyu Yakiniku Experience”
A yakiniku restaurant that offers excellent Wagyu and a wide range of delicious dishes. The restaurant has many private rooms, allowing guests to enjoy their meals and conversations with friends in a relaxed and private setting. The course I tried was called “寿 KOTOBUKI,” which included appetizers..., fresh salad, soup, refreshing cold noodles, dessert and more. Every dish was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The highlight was definitely the yakiniku. The restaurant serves various cuts of Wagyu beef sourced from Kagoshima, a region renowned for producing some of Japan’s finest beef. The marbling was perfect, giving the meat just the right amount of fat to create a rich yet delicate flavor. Guests grill the beef themselves, and once cooked, it was tender, juicy, and full of umami. They also offered a variety of seasonings, including rock salt, lemon, fresh wasabi, and sukiyaki sauce with raw egg,a classic Japanese style that pairs perfectly with the meat. Overall, it’s a great place to enjoy premium Japanese beef at a reasonable price, highly recommended for any yakiniku lover.

“amazing yakiniku”
In Japan, you can find yakiniku restaurants everywhere, but the quality really varies. “Gyu No Tatsujin GINZA” is one of the few places where everything felt perfect from start to finish. My friend and I tried the “Kotobuki” course, which came with 10 dishes from appetizers to dessert. Every dish wa...s excellent, but the meat was the real highlight. They use Kagoshima Kuroge Wagyu, proudly known as “Japan’s No.1,” and it was outstanding—thick cuts with beautifully balanced marbling, yet never overwhelming. One of the filet steaks was even topped with gold leaf, giving it an elegant, luxurious touch. Not only did it look stunning, it tasted just as amazing. What I loved most was that the beef didn’t need heavy sauces or extra seasoning. Instead, the restaurant serves a large block of Himalayan rock salt. After grilling, you simply brush the meat lightly against it, adding a subtle saltiness that perfectly brings out the natural flavor. It’s the true meaning of “simple is best.” The location is right in the heart of Ginza, just a short walk from Yurakucho Station. I definitely want to come back the next time I’m in Ginza—it’s an experience worth repeating!
