As stated in another review for the Breakfast at the Hilton my wife and I recently stayed 11 days here. One of the highlights was Silva and the serving team that took care of us after the long days of exploring the Disney parks and the Tokyo area. Relaxing after a long day was made even better by th...e service given at Silva. I would like to say thank you to Shinya Taguchi, Sho Arakawa, Hayato Yamanaka, Haruto Ishibashi, and the rest of the Silva team on making our evenings enjoyable and relaxing. Thank you all for one of the best vacations we have had!

I stopped in for late night food and drink twice at Silva in the “Square” area of the Hilton Tokyo Bay and had a great experience both times during a two night stay at the hotel. The first night (we arrived late after a day in Tokyo) I went down for a nightcap and to try another Japanese whiskey. T...here weren’t very many people so I had my pick of several very comfortable chairs at tables or larger chairs at coffee table style lounge situations. They set don a generous portion of premium mixed nuts and served the whiskey I chose in probably the largest whiskey glass I’d ever seen. I mean human head sized really. The whiskey and nuts were delicious (say that over and over…) The following night after a day at Disneyland I had a late dinner, seated in the same spot. The Margherita pizza I ordered was great. Maybe could have used a little more sauce for my taste, but the dough was fantastic…a really high end pizza offering which I happily devoured, along with a glass of red wine which was served in a reasonably sized wine glass. They were incredibly accommodating as my wife (who was nice enough to join me this second night) wanted something from the Dynasty / Chinese restaurant which was not part of the Square setup of restaurants. They handled ordering food from that restaurant and bringing it to us here in the Silva lounge so we could dine together. We loved the vibe, the service and everything we ate and drank. Well done Silva!

Just went here for a few drinks after a long day of traveling from Hawaii. I was good to relax with a few nice glasses of Hibiki for our first night in Japan.
