Ｐ．Ｃ．Ｍ．Pub Cardinal Marunouchi

This was my fourth visit to PCM Marunouchi. On my first visit, the manager at the bar clearly told me that smoking a cigar was allowed, and I enjoyed it without any problem. However, this time, just after I had lit my cigar and started enjoying it, a female staff member suddenly told me in a harsh ...tone that I could not smoke inside and ordered me to go outside. It was very unpleasant and embarrassing. The staff’s attitude is inconsistent and lacks any sense of hospitality. Unfortunately, the atmosphere feels negative, the cost performance is poor, and the service is mediocre at best. I truly thought I had finally found a place to enjoy a pleasant moment, but this visit was a real disappointment.

Have visited here several times and here is my take: Ambience: Very casual and Good. Generally crowded on Thursdays, Fridays and paydays :-). Many foreigners, belonging to the Financial Industry in Tokyo, frequent this place. Style: Lounge and Standing bar. External seating is nice to explore du...ring summer to autumn. As Tokyo gets humid during the later part of summer and finding a place to stand inside the bar may be difficult sometimes. Food and Drinks: Bar Food - a variety of pizzas, finger food, etc. Vegetarian options are available. Wide range of drinks. Staff and Service: Great staff members - some of them speak conversational English. In case you don't speak Japanese, you can still get good drinks and food. You must look for Ken, big boy, at the bar counter. He is fantastic and speaks English. Location: Conveniently located very close to Tokyo Station, Yurakucho Station and a few minutes walk from Hibiya Station.
