“DISAPPOINTING”
The meal was quite good,but it felt like a fast food joint. We were in and out on a Friday night in 40 minutes. Soulless.

“Very good plus”
Unagi is what they do well. The boxed unagi nestled on rice comes in three sizes: standard, good, very good, the latter for 6,000 yen plus 'soup' and a tiny desert. Located in the Shin Marunouchi office tower directly in front of Tokyo Station. If you sit at the window, a great view of the Imperia...l Palace.

“All for unagi”
I was too full from my sushi breakfast from Tsukiji but made the trip to Shin Marunouchi Building anyway for unagi. How could I leave Japan without eating its signature grilled freshwater eel? Perhaps I was too full so the unagi tasted good but not fabulous. I am determined to have my unagi omaka...se the next time I visit Japan. There were plenty of great looking dining options at this building. Such a pity the Shang folks did not tell us this when we last came in Dec. We wasted our time at the Tokyo Station eateries.

“Excellent Unagi”
This is a nice eatery and pleasant ambiance. The service is good. The Shin-Marounouchi Building is chock full of restaurants. I enjoy this place among others.
