“Don't waste your time in Japan here...”
My first ever bad review 😅 We visited this evening, our last night in Japan. We ordered food and two orders arrived for a group of 4. One of our party never got his order. We were there for an hour and a half. We repeated the order three times, it still never came. We even discussed the order with... the South Asian member of staff, the chef, to no avail. When we decided to leave we got charged extra for the meal and had to argue to rectify it. ( It was still wrong but we were too frustrated and hungry to argue further) . There were 7 tables in the restaurant. As a person who has worked in the service industry, I was shocked, as this is a particularly slow evening. We clearly showed our need for service and our question at where the food was. I felt like we were treated badly because of our nationality. I would strongly advise that you avoid this restaurant. Also imagine giving people free drinks for a good review. Shady AF 👀👀👀
