しゃぶしゃぶどん亭 幕張店

After a busy Sunday morning driving around central Tokyo we were on our way back to where we were staying in Tsudanuma when our hosts took us to Don Tei and we were very glad they did . Nice place , the service was great and water and tea were laid on as soon as we got there and they kept it coming ...during the course of the meal. This place does excellent Shabu Shabu, you order what meat and vegies you want from the menu.This is brought to your table which has a hot plate in the middle and you cook your own food in a pot.They also bring out lots of bowls and three different sauces , you put the sauces in three bowls and as you cook your choice you dip it in whatever sauce you like before eating . The water boils very quickly , put in the vegies then a piece of the thinly sliced meat which only takes a few seconds to cook then enjoy , it is mouth watering good, then repeat with the next piece of meat until it is all gone vegies and all .We had beef and pork and by the time we had finished we were very satisfied. There is also rice and pickles included. Vegies included cabbage, mushrooms,noodles,tomatoes, tofu. A very enjoyable experience and the food was excellent , very good value. We hope to return, give it a go you will love it .
