“Budget Dining”
This eatery near JR Meguro Station in Shinagawa is quite popular for parties and groups and then will be packed. The food is not overwhelming but it is good for the price. Service when I have eaten there is fine.

“Nice bar and staff”
I have been a regular for over a year and find it very relaxing. The food is good but I don't personally like the way Japanese adapt foreign dishes like curry that takes the taste too far away from the origins. Free wifi and friendly people make it a bar/cafe for me not a place to go to eat.

“Very good spot”
Inside is covered with kimono sheets. Price is not cheap but not expensive either. Staff try their best. Pizza, pasta, beer and juice.
