昭和食堂 炭焼浪漫家 四条烏丸店

We found this place as it was close to where we were staying in Kyoto and we were keen on a yakitori experience. It is located in the basement. Many locals eating and drinking, but they had an english menu. The yakitori meal itself was very good, but the service was amateur and incompetent mostly. P...lus, you can smoke in this restaurant so it will impact on your enjoyment. It is a very fun and lively atmosphere. We really did enjoy each of the meat dishes we ordered. Our servers forgot our orders and had to remind them at least twice to bring what we had ordered. They were apologetic, but kept making mistakes. They seemed to enjoy themselves while working though.
