I was making a pilgrimage on Fukuhara 33 Kannon Pilgrimage, which has, as a matter of course, 33 Kannon temples. I started from #1 Hakusen-ji Temple, but, considering the geological positions of the temples, I moved on to #33 Shinsen-ji Temple. After that, I moved in reverse order until #22 Hachio...-ji Temple, including #7 Fujino-dera Temple. Feeling tired, I decided to call it a day. As it was already lunch time, I had to find a restaurant. Neither my tired legs nor my hungry stomach allow me to take time and wander around to find a good one. I happened to find a Chinese restaurant on my way to Hyogo Station. Having Chinese food in Kobe outside of China Town? Neither my legs nor stomach let me hesitate. And I stormed in Sairon. Visiting Kannon temples paid! Their youlinji was fantastic, and their Chinese soup was a masterpiece, considering their price.
