Not a 1 rating because the poor young lad was polite about it. But none of the staff speak English except him. No English Menu, okay. Surely Google translate would be okay? Apparently not. They will not serve you unless you speak Japanese, which is kind of ridiculous when there's a dozen hotels al...l around, in the second biggest city in Japan.
