“Tourist trap”
Rudest experience in Japan. High prices, no quality. Restaurant has no standard, staff has no manners. Tourist trap. Eating there was like in a hostel.

“Terrible…the service was minimal.”
Our second visit…but our last. The meal was enjoyable…but the customer service was non existent. There are plenty of other great restaurants in Kyoto we suggest you try.

Natsuki was awesome! Food was amazing too!! Great service and beautiful decor. We loved the Wagyu hamburger ! Made our Kyoto experience really nice!
