“Fabulous view, good food, excellent service”
This bar is comfortable and has indoor and outdoor seating with great Kobe harbour views. There is a good variety of food and a great scotch/Japanese whiskey list. Cover charge of $10 per person is a bit much if you are staying at the hotel.

“Bar view cannot compensate poor drink & service”
We stayed in the hotel and we decided to give View Bar a try. After all the view of the bar was supposed to be very nice. We were seated on a small table near the window. However the tall booth seat outside was blocking the view. Even it didn't happen, it didn't really made a difference. You could h...ave a nice view when you stood outside the hotel downstairs. The service was not so friendly and not so attentive. The drinks were priced at funny way: Gin and tonic was priced as cocktail? We ordered four drinks for two and they didn't meet our expectation. They tasted stirred but not mixed properly.There was cover charges for this bar making it even more expensive! The live music was really not good and sometimes out of tune. I will not recommend anyone to come here for drinks.
