My attention was drawn to this restaurant by the full five stars rating, something rarely seen for 500+ reviews. I carefully read the one star reviews (8 out of more than 650 reviews) and then decided to give it a try and it was really a memorable experience. Not only was the food and the meat outst...anding but also the place was amazing, elegant, intimate, with an exceptional service. Quality comes with a price and you should not expect a cheap bill, particularly if you taste the sirloin or chateaubriand cuts. But if you love meat and wanna try what is quality meat in Japan this is definitely a must-go. If I happen to get back to Kyoto I will definitely come back here.

If you’re on the fence about deciding which beef restaurant to dine at (as I was), look no further. This is a must-have meal. Absolutely incredible. No notes. Intimate setting, amazing food, great service. Don’t skip this place.

Very good food and great atmosphere. We had the sukiyaki set and it was great. The portions are quite fair a little bit on the expensive side.
