Amazing sushi master who has been at his craft for more than five decades. He massages the fish and you taste it. Mother and son also participate. Don’t speak a word of English but just take the mixed sushi that has a picture on the wall. The bar itself from a polished tree is raw and glorious. Only... 8 seats. If you’re lucky you can get one. Only ¥16,000 for four, including sake and miso soup (with delicious mini mushrooms)
