“Pleasant surprise”
This is my second visit to the Ritz Carlton Tokyo’s Cafe & Deli on this trip. When I sat down, a young server, Kanda Itsuki, welcomed me with her pretty chocolate flower drawings when she served me drinks. It was a warm and pleasant surprise, making my day special. The cafe’s Vanilla ice cream is a ...must-order.

“Great for lunch and sweets! Service galore.”
As guests of the Ritz, we decided to enjoy lunch here on the first day of our stay. The food was great and the service was superb. Saki was such a sweet lady who went above and beyond in treating us special.

“Average plus”
Way expensive considering the quality. A worthwhile experience if you feel like you want to hob nob with the 'swells' and coffee/dessert in the very chic location of Tokyo Midtown.

“High end cafe”
We didn't eat here as it was quite crowded. But we picked up a few gifts as souvenirs as it serves as the Ritz Carlton Hotel's gift shop. Service was outstanding.

“Overpriced, not worth it”
Took over 30 minutes to receive a cold salmon sandwich and soup - the wrong soup. Food was okay, not great, certainly not worth the price and slow service. Definitely disappointing considering it claims the Ritz Carlton name and standard of service.
