店内は狭く出入口と店内に段差があるため車椅子等の障碍を持つ方は利用しづらい、少ない人数で調理・給仕をしなければならないためスタッフの接客対応には余裕が見られない、完全に不衛生というわけではないもののもはや落とせない汚れが目立つ、という点から、近隣住民でも利用する頻度は低いと思われる松屋です。利用しても店内で飲食する客は少ないように思います。 店内にタッチパネル式の券売機があり、その券売機で支払いも済ませられますが、それでもスタッフはてんてこ舞いになるくらいに余裕が見られません。水やお茶も比較的出し忘れが目立ちます(それならセルフサービスにすればいいのですが)。幸い、給仕された料理の質はそれ程悪...くはありませんでした。 This Matsuya location may not be ideal for everyone due to several factors. These factors likely contribute to its low usage even among local residents, and most customers seem to opt for takeaway rather than dining in. The restaurant features a touchscreen vending machine for ordering and payment, but despite this, staff often appear rushed, and lapses such as forgetting to serve water or tea are common (a self-service option might solve this issue). On the bright side, the quality of the food served was reasonably good.
