Saizaria is an Italian family restaurant chain that is very reasonably priced. The chicken wings are really good, and you can order a 1.5 litre magnum of wine for around 1,000 yen, and if you can't polish off the bottle in one go, you can take it with you to drink on the train!!! The only downside i...s that they have an all you can drink beverage bar with no time limit, so it's often hard to get a table due to so many teenagers hanging around for hours. Apart from that, it's probably THE best value for your buck and it's all tasty.
