“SLOW service”
We were there on a Friday night around 8pm. We ordered drinks/salad/a few items, some were from a regular menu some were from the daily special menu. First of all..the server (young female) didn't know much about the daily menu. (she replied back a few times---I will go ask) THEN we waited..waited.....a few people sat at the same time..they were all eating...but we didn't get have even a salad. Waited for at least 40 min before we asked another server regards to our food. None of the serving staff were taking much responsibility over our order. SUPER slow!! A manager came to apologize..but we were still were charged for drinks and "oto-shi".
