“Simply Superb”
This is easily the best pork cutlet I had in Japan. Be sure to order the Black Pork (first page ~2400円), it comes with fresh Sesame salt and several sauces, and was completely tender and lean. My wife ordered the katsudon (~1300円), which was also fantastic, but the pork was not as high quality and i...t could not compare to the black pork. The miso soup that comes with the meals is probably the best I have ever had. The restaurant is a little out of the way but it is definitely worth making the trip if you are in Fukuoka.

Just had dinner there. Ordered the 黑豚 (Black Pork?) Meal Set. Trust me. This meal will send you to pork heaven and back. The juiciness and the perfect balance between the fat and meat is simply out of this world. One bite and you are gone from the human world.
