“Greasy”
The food came out so slow slowly just bit by bit. It was as if they made somebody else’s then would make yours at the same time. So in between you sit and wait and wait. Then what you got was dripping in grease. I was hoping in Japan they would actually make tempura better than they do in the US. N...ope just as bad.

“Worst client service”
Terrible service at this restaurant. It is slow and ignores the customers. We waited for several minutes despite there being empty tables, and when we finally sat down, they didn’t inform us where the menu was and didn’t offer an English menu.

“Crispy and fresh tempura”
The tempura here is excellent. They bring out freshly fried 2 or 3 pieces at a time. The tempura was crispy and delicious with its very good dipping sauce. The eel was especially good- fresh and perfectly flavored. The shrimp and vegetables all tasted good and fresh. The service is good as they were... able to seat our large party of 6. Well, it was large for this small place.
