Poor attitude and poor food for Japanese standard. The lobster was hard / overcooked, beef was chewy, crab was tasteless, the sea urchin dip rice ball had almost no sea urchin in it. This place is too touristy and merely a photo spot. Also, there was a dead fish in their tank. I prefer local restaur...ants we randomly find serving great food and being personable....rather than overrated tourist traps which requires booking in advance. The booking system also sucks...you need to submit an online form, followed by an email asking you to resubmit the info again which is inefficient. Would not recommend!!

Worth the travel, yummy food and great atmosphere. Although there was a “cover” charge of 350 yen per person however they served us a serving of sashimi, services was pretty good and food was prepared fast.

We walked in but luckily did not have to wait for long! Lovely design, cozy atmosphere and fresh seafoods! All dishes are very delicious and the service was good! Must come back next time!

cheap, so the service attitude is very bad, you ask what they ｈａve -- no answer, how long have to wait for meal? no answer either...

Most restaurants in Japan serve good food but this restaurant is excellent. Any dish is so delicious and environment is great (but no good for those who cannot tolerate smoke). I had a short trip with my girl friend and we had a tight schedule but I really had to bring her there. And she was very sa...tisfied with the food. 15 min walk from monorail station OMOROMACHI but it's quite hard to locate if you are not familiar with the region. Reservation is a must as they will serve for those who have made a booking in advance. So even there are empty tables they would not give you! Book a table on 2nd floor if you want a nicer place!
