Visiting Okinawa from California; we tried this restaurant and I absolutely loved the food! Doria is now my favorite Japanese dish! I tried the carbonara style Doria. Everything was perfect from the creamy white sauce, the rice, the bacon was cooked and seasoned so well, and the egg on top with the ...Parmesan cheese made my heart so happy. I want to come back to try more. Great service was well!
