We were underwhelmed by this place. There was no one to greet us when we arrived. We typed our information into a screen display and it spit out a ticket saying which table we should sit at. At the table, we figured out that we can order off the screen (English translation available). We had no ide...a that on the way to our seats we should have stopped to pick up oshibori etc at a self service station nearby. We ordered quite a bit and our plates came quickly. We ate, pushed our plates into the collection slot, closed out our bill on the screen and went to the front to pay. Again, no one was at the front - we input our table number and tapped our credit card and left. Absolutely ZERO staff interaction the entire time we were there. Even though they had staff cleaning tables and bringing drinks to those who ordered, no one checked in to see how we were doing or if we needed anything else. The sushi was inexpensive, though not exceptionally tasty. We've been to other great conveyor sushi restaurants in the past, and this one just didn't provide a good experience.

Great value 100Y sushi. (108 including tax). It's not easily found this place, you have to go to level 3 and walk around to find the entrance. Very busy at night time, we had to wait around 15-20 mins for a seat. Staff don't speak much english but that doesn't matter. You grab a ticket for a seat an...d when you sit down you order from a screen which has english. Great range of sushi and hot food ( like tempura, udon, meat, grilled fish dishes). If your having a break from eating michelin restaurant sushi or just want a cheap dinner this place is a great. Just note that when you pick up sushi here with your chopsticks, the rice may crumble underneath the fish - I don't think they take the time to pack the rice together into a solid rice cube but that's a small thing. Spent around 2400Y for 2 people and we were very full !
