My husband I visited this restaurant on Christmas Eve for lunch. Our teppanyaki chef was from Singapore (it was unexpectedly nice to meet a fellow Singaporean) who gave us great recommendations on which course to take. We had an amazing lunch, the beef was definitely the star but what blew us away w...as the fried rice with mentaiko. Usually I can’t finish my carbs and will give it to my husband but this time, I finished every single grain! It was so good and we still cannot stop thinking about it. Needless to say we were fully stuffed and satisfied by the end of the meal!

We had a simply marvelous experiment at this teppanyaki restaurant in Fukuoka. We had a private chef at a table for two. The steak was indescribable, so tender and delicious. The menu came with salad and desert. Beautiful space and romantic.

Take note that only beef is served at the teppanyaki section of the restaurant. If you are looking for pork or chicken, then you need to book the yakiniku grill side of the restaurant. The Miyazaki beef is so so good. You get a choice of different grades (A5, premium and regular) and cuts (tenderlo...in, sirloin, lean meat etc). Prices vary from 25000 yen to 7000 yen. I tried the premium tenderloin, sirloin and regular lean meat. The lean meat was nice and beefy but if you like your beef to be soft and succulent, the premium sirloin takes it. The premium tenderloin brings the softness and texture up a notch but IMHO not worth the premium. I did not try the A5 as the price difference was almost double the price but I figure for most people it won't make much difference. The star of the show is the teppanyaki chef. We had a chef from Singapore who spoke fluent English, mandarin, cantonese. He's Teochew, so he'll be so happy if you speak Teochew with him. His skills are fantastic, having worked as a teppanyaki chef for many years and all the dishes perfectly executed. It was a throughly enjoyable evening and worth every penny, but then again teppanyaki in Japan or any country is never cheap. If you are looking for a bargain, go for lunch instead of dinner, it'll save you a bundle.

Husband and I found this place looking for a teppanyaki place in Hakata and it was so good we came back again with friends the next day! The beef was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly; and the appetizers, and deserts were also amazing. The staff were wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed both ...our visits there! Couldn't be happier with our time here - GREAT find! Some of the staff spoke fluent English and there was an English menu available so no communication issues either!

For good reviews on Tripadvisor and Google of this restaurant, we gave this place a try and the overall experience was very good. Our chef was Mr Chiam who came from Singapore so he spoke English, Mandarin and Cantonese. He was very attentive and gave us introduction on each course. All food was fr...esh and cooked to perfection. We enjoyed this last meal very much before going back to HK. We will certainly come again and recommend to our friends. Thanks for the wonderful and enjoyable moments!
